1. Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.
Customized USB drives and bulk orders are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and further instructions.
Pack the item securely and include any documentation that came with your order.
Please Note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will either offer a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs. Please provide clear photos of the damage and packaging for our review.

4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:

Customized USB drives (unless defective)
Bulk orders (unless defective)
Items returned after the 30-day return period
Items not in their original condition, packaging, or missing parts
6. Exchanges
